• Booking a call. When you book through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects your name, email address and any answers you provide, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
• Contacting us. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule and hold meetings, provide our services and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as Google (calendar, analytics and email) and our hosting provider — or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and meeting information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete it.
